이 방침은 E Sangdan Co., Ltd.가 제공하는 Band Mate: Easy Perc(이지 퍼커션) iOS 및 Android 앱에 적용됩니다. 다른 밴드메이트 앱과 웹사이트에는 각각의 정책이 적용됩니다.
2. 수집과 전송
현재 앱은 계정, 광고, 이용 분석 SDK를 사용하지 않으며 개발자 서버로 개인정보나 연주 데이터를 전송하지 않습니다. 이름, 이메일, 위치, 연락처를 요청하지 않습니다.
3. 기기 내 처리
킷 이름·패드 구성·설정은 기기 내에 저장합니다. 터치·모션 센서 값은 연주와 강약 감지를 위해 기기에서 처리합니다. 사용자가 연주 진단 기록을 직접 시작하면 시간과 센서·감지 정보를 담은 파일이 기기에 저장됩니다. 이 파일은 자동 업로드되지 않으며, 사용자가 공유를 선택한 경우에만 선택한 앱이나 수신자에게 전달됩니다. 마이크 녹음은 사용하지 않습니다.
4. 보관과 삭제
저장한 킷은 킷 메뉴에서 삭제하고 설정은 설정 초기화로 되돌릴 수 있습니다. 앱 삭제 시 기기 내 앱 데이터가 제거됩니다. Android 앱은 자동 백업을 사용하지 않습니다. 기기 백업·복원 및 OS 진단 처리는 사용자의 OS 설정과 운영체제 제공자의 정책에 따릅니다.
5. 권한과 문의
iOS의 모션 권한은 기기 설정에서 관리할 수 있으며, 모션 센서를 사용하지 않아도 터치 연주가 가능합니다. Android 앱은 인터넷·마이크·위치 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. 개인정보 관련 문의는 공식 App Store 또는 Google Play 앱 페이지의 개발자 지원 연락처를 이용해 주세요. 처리 방식이 변경되면 앱 내 방침과 시행일을 갱신합니다.
6. 이 웹페이지
이 정책 페이지에는 광고·분석 스크립트가 없습니다. Firebase Hosting에서 제공되며, 웹사이트 제공에 필요한 접속 정보는 호스팅 제공자의 정책에 따라 처리될 수 있습니다. 앱의 기기 내 데이터가 이 페이지로 전송되지는 않습니다.

1. Scope
This policy applies to the Band Mate: Easy Perc iOS and Android apps provided by E Sangdan Co., Ltd. Other Bandmate apps and websites have their own policies.
2. Collection and transmission
This version has no accounts, advertising or usage analytics SDKs. It does not send personal information or performance data to developer servers, or request your name, email, location or contacts.
3. On-device processing
Kit names, pad layouts and preferences are stored locally. Touch and motion readings are processed on the device for playback and dynamics. If you explicitly start performance diagnostics, a file containing timestamps and sensor/detection data is saved on your device. It is not uploaded automatically; it is sent to your chosen app or recipient only when you choose to share it. The app does not record the microphone.
4. Retention and deletion
Delete kits in the kit menu and reset preferences in Settings. Deleting the app removes its local app data. The Android app does not use automatic backup. Device backup, restoration and OS diagnostics follow your OS settings and the operating system provider’s policies.
5. Permissions and contact
Manage iOS motion permission in device settings; touch playback remains available without motion sensors. The Android app does not request internet, microphone or location permissions. For privacy questions, use the developer support contact on the official App Store or Google Play listing. Changes to data handling will be reflected in this policy and its effective date.
6. This web page
This policy page has no advertising or analytics scripts. It is served by Firebase Hosting, whose provider may process connection information needed to deliver the website under its policies. The app’s on-device data is not sent to this page.

4. 保存と削除
キットはキットメニューで削除でき、設定は初期化できます。アプリを削除すると端末内のアプリデータが削除されます。Androidアプリは自動バックアップを使用しません。端末のバックアップ・復元やOS診断はOS設定とOS提供者の方針に従います。
5. 権限とお問い合わせ
iOSのモーション権限は端末設定で管理できます。センサーを使わなくてもタッチ演奏を利用できます。Androidアプリはインターネット・マイク・位置情報の権限を要求しません。プライバシーに関するお問い合わせは公式App StoreまたはGoogle Playページの開発者サポート窓口をご利用ください。処理方法の変更時は本方針と施行日を更新します。
6. このウェブページ
このページには広告・分析スクリプトはありません。Firebase Hostingで配信され、配信に必要な接続情報はホスティング提供者の方針に従って処理される場合があります。アプリの端末内データがこのページへ送信されることはありません。
