The instrument and sound list is the same on iOS and Android. The samples are based on the CC0 Versilian Community Sample Library.

How instruments differ

Instruments with a sound that cuts off ringing: cowbell (Mute), triangle (Closed), shaker (Forward / Back), hi-hat (Closed / Half-open / Open / Pedal)
The instrument shaken in motion play: shaker. The other nine use the strike gesture
The instrument that also uses the tilt of the device in motion play: hi-hat
The instrument that combines motion and touch: tambourine
